The gyoza served at Alice lacks tender texture. It isn’t that much juicy and some flavor is missing from soy sauce being served. Gyoza are popular japanese dumpling (momo) filled with ingredients such as minced pork and vegetables. They can be eaten a number of ways including boiled and steamed, but are typically fried and eaten with a dipping sauce. Yaki-gyoza is one of the most popular styles of gyoza in Japan. It’s made with a similar cooking technique to Chinese potstickers, where the gyoza are first pan-fried and then water is added and the pan is covered to allow the gyoza to boil and steam. Finally the lid is removed and the gyoza are allowed to crisp up again, which gives the gyoza wrapper a tender texture with a crunchy finish.
Sizzler tastes good but chicken is bit over cooked. Though it looks too good. In chicken sizzler boneless chicken is marinated in spices and soy sauce, cooked on a proper flame and served on a hot sizzling plate.

This looks good. Volume is bit less and is very salty although this dish itself needs to be salty. Chicken is marinated in salt, sugar, green onion, pepper and other sauces
