This one is good. I am not sure whether it’s 45ml or not. I think it’s 30ml. And the worst part is they didn’t have bar lighter so bartender took a while to light it. And the most important thing, they have to light Sambuca in snifter and pour flaming sambuca into rock glass which wasn’t done.

A very beautiful restaurant with ample space and outstanding interiors. The food price is bit over priced than other similar restaurant but still customer service is really good.

What a pity grilled chicken! Tastes average and chicken volume is low while noodles and other items are more than expected!

Flaming Sambuca | Rs 895 (Add 10% Service Charge, Add 13% VAT) | ®️ Rating: 2/5
Sambuca is an Italian anise-flavoured, usually colourless, liqueur. Its most common variety is often referred to as white sambuca to differentiate it from other varieties that are deep blue in colour (black sambuca) or bright red (red sambuca). It is bottled at a minimum of 38% alcohol by volume. The oils are added to pure alcohol, a concentrated solution of sugar, and other flavouring.
The ingredients are Sambuca-45ml, Coffee beans-3, Garnish: None. Glass: Old Fashioned/Rocks and Snifter glass. Method: Build up, Direction: Drop three coffee beans in rock or old fashioned glass. Pour 45 ml Sambuca in Snifter. Then rotate snifter for some times and set on the fire. Then pour flamed Sambuca over the coffee beans in rock glass. Next, light the Sambuca on fire. Quickly, while the flame is still low and blue, cover the top with your snifter to extinguish it. Drink a hot sambuca slowly (warning! very, very hot sambuca may cause of burn! sip responsibly) and inhale from a snifter. Enjoy!
